    1 Composition and function

    The dual-axis MEMS gyroscope is composed of the MEMS gyroscope with independent intellectual property rights, its drive pickup circuit, temperature sensor, digital signal processing circuit, structure and necessary software, which is used to measure the angular rate of the two horizontal axes of the carrier in real time, and output the two angular rate information after error compensation through the RS-422 serial port according to the agreed communication protocol. Error compensation includes temperature compensation, misalignment angle compensation, nonlinear compensation, zero compensation and so on. The product has the characteristics of high precision, small size, light weight, impact resistance, electromagnetic interference resistance, etc. It can work reliably in harsh environments and can be widely used in attitude control (such as stabilized sighting system, satellite communication antenna attitude control, etc.).
